Manufacturing & Warehouse Materials Handling GIMH 1102
2 CreditsThis course provides an overview of manufacturing and warehouse materials handling processes. Students will learn efficient movement, storage, protection, and control of goods and products in a manufacturing facility and warehouse environment. Students will also learn the proper use of manual, semi-automated, and automated handling processes and equipment to ensure the right items get ot the right place, at the right time, safely, and cost-effectively, reducing delays and damage while boosting productivity.
