Air Conditioning Technology
STC’s Air Conditioning Technology program prepares students for careers in the air conditioning industry. Changing markets and technology can cause occupational uncertainty in many fields, but the need for air conditioning is constant. Southeastern Tech can provide you with the tools to start down this reliable career path, stay current with industry trends, and succeed in the field. The program emphasizes a combination of air conditioning theory and practical application necessary for successful employment.
Air Conditioning Technology graduates may work at Alexander Brothers, Trane, Rivers Heating & Air, Sears, Dyess Air, and in the maintenance department of large businesses.
Immediately upon graduation, STC graduates have made between $13 and $14.50 per hour.
