Combination Vehicle Advanced Operations CTDL 1030
4 Credits(Prerequisite: CTDL 1010, CTDL 1020 – sequential) (Co-requisites: None) Advanced Operations develops students' driving skills under actual road conditions. The classroom part of the course stresses following safe operating practices. These safe operating practices are integrated into the development of driving skills on the road. Each student must receive at least twelve (12) hours behind-the-wheel (BTW) instructional time on the street/road. In addition, the student must have a minimum program total of forty four (44) hours BTW instructional time in any combination (with CTDL 1020) of range and street/road driving. Note: state law requires that whenever a combination vehicle is operated on public roads an instructor must be present in the vehicle while the student is driving.
