Pharmacy Technology Practicum PHAR 10505 Credits
(Prerequisite: PHAR 1000, PHAR 1010) Introduces students to the clinical environment and provides experiences with the skills necessary for the pharmacy technician. Topics include: dispensing and automation, storage and control, documentation, inventory, filing, extemporaneous compounding, durable medical equipment, customer service, inventory and billing, medication delivery, and other community pharmacy techniques.
